Faith Formation Registration 2026-2027

Use this form to register your child(ren) for Faith Formation classes at any of our three sites: the Church of St. Mary in Willmar, the Church of Our Lady of the Lakes in Spicer, or the Church of St. Clara in Clara City.

We welcome students from any of our parishes and from non-parishioner families as well.

Fees for 2026-2027 are $45 per student with $135 family maximum.

Class Times at the Church of St. Mary:
Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm (English Grades 1-6)
Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm (Spanish sacramental preparation Grades 1-8)
Wednesday 7:00-8:00 pm (English Grades 7-11)

Class Times at the Church of Our Lady of the Lakes
Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm (English Grades 1-6)
Wednesday 7:00-8:00 pm (English Grades 7-11)

Class Times at the Church of St. Clara:
Sunday 9:15-10:15 am (English Grades 1-8)
Wednesday 7:00-8:00 pm (English Grades 9-11)
