Faith Formation Registration 2024-2025

You may use this form to register your child(ren) for Faith Formation at any of our three sites: the Church of St. Mary in Willmar, the Church of Our Lady of the Lakes in Spicer, or the Church of St. Clara in Clara City.

We welcome students from any of our parishes and from non-parishioner families as well.

Fees for 2024-2025 are $40 per student with $120 family maximum.

Class Times at the Church of St. Mary:
Wednesday 5:30-6:45 pm (Grades 1-6)
Wednesday 7:00-8:15 pm (Grades 7-11)

Class Times at the Church of Our Lady of the Lakes
Wednesday 5:30-6:45 pm (Grades 1-6)
Wednesday 7:00-8:15 pm (Grades 7-11)

Class Times at the Church of St. Clara:
Sunday 9:30-10:45 am (Grades 1-8)
Wednesday 6:45-8:00 pm (Grades 9-11)
