All application requests for fundraising at the Church of St. Mary, Willmar must be filled out by the current head/leader of the organization requesting to have the fundraiser.

All requests will be reviewed by the Parish Administrative Council (PAC).

Requests should be submitted two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the date of the meeting.
